In 2016, Cari earned her 200-hr yoga teaching certification in Missoula with Anahata Power Yoga. Fascinated by the benefits of yoga as a way to heal the mind, body and spirit, she set forth in a new direction in studying health and wellness as it relates to the human body.
Cari walked into her first chiropractic clinic as a young adult with chronic neck and back pain. She had enjoyed a well-traveled soccer career that began at age 5 and ended with a knee injury during her first year of college at Chico State University in 2006.
Intent on keeping an active lifestyle, she began practicing hot yoga and meditation while sneaking in runs on backcountry roads. Her passions include vinyasa yoga, nutrition and working with children and adults individually to help them develop a more balanced life.
She is also a certified Reiki II practitioner. Reiki is a Japanese technique using energy work for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
